Georgiana Marsic, PhD
Experienced leader in AI, data & digital transformation
Georgiana is a senior leader with 25+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Analytics and Digital Transformation. She led Global AI Governance and AI Solution Development at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), transformed Corporate Audit into a data-driven function, and drove enterprise-wide digital initiatives while enhancing literacy in AI and emerging technologies.
With a PhD & MSc in AI / NLP, she has delivered impactful AI solutions across automotive, energy, healthcare and academia. She collaborates with ISO and BSI on international AI standards and serves on the University of Warwick’s Advisory Board. She is also certified as ISO 42001 AI Management System Lead Implementer.
Javier Espinosa, MBA
Enterprise change & portfolio governance leader
Javier is a senior transformation leader with 20+ years’ experience delivering enterprise change, portfolio governance and operating‑model design across the UK and Europe.
He has led £200m+ change portfolios, built value‑stream delivery with Agile / Waterfall hybrids, and advised C‑suite on strategy‑to‑execution.
He holds an Executive Diploma in Strategy & Innovation (Oxford) and an MBA (IE Business School), and helps teams turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
