The Leadership Accelerator is delivered as a 6-week programme, each week including two focused 2-hour interactive sessions to build the strategic, governance and operational foundations, plus a 1-hour coaching session to enable leaders to bring up for discussion any topics related to how that week’s material can be applied directly to their organisation’s realities, pressures and risks.
